ZD 4 Series Print Queue Issues

If you have print jobs from any series of ZD- 410,11,20 or 21's get stuck in the print queue, do the following below and retest.


Step 1


  • Settings
  • Bluetooth and Devices
  • Printers and Scanners
  • Find the Zebra Label Printer
  • Click Manage
  • Printer Properties
  • Driver Settings
  • Settings within Driver Settings
  • Scroll down to find Status Check
  • Change it from "Only after print" to "Disabled"


Step 2


  • File Explorer
  • (C:) Windows > System32 > Spool > Printers > Clear all items within this area


Step 3


  • Open Task Manager
  • Go to Services
  • Find Spooler
  • Right Click and choose restart


Step 4


  • Close Settings from Step 1
  • Reopen Settings > Bluetooth and Devices > Printers and Scanners > Find the Printer > Print a Test Page
