Changing Cash Drawer Setting - Star TSP100

Here are the steps we follow for changing your Cash Drawer setting on the TSP100

These steps refer to the Star receipt printer, but they can be followed for other models.

Note: Be sure to install all necessary drivers for the printer before making these changes.

1. Search for the printer and scanners page from your windows search bar.
2. Select the receipt printer that is connected to your pc via USB/LAN/WIFI
3. Select printer properties.
4. Select device settings.
5. Change Peripheral unit type to Buzzer
6. Click no on pup up window regarding backup settings.

Note: The layout for this page will change based on printer type and manufacturer. The most important thing is to find the peripheral unit type and change it to buzzer.
