RMA Process for Acrelec and PLS
The site determines hardware has failed, the site or PLS submits a ticket to Acrelec Support at us.helpdesk@acrelec.com (email will create ticket) CC us.support@acrelec.com ( Acrelec L2 distro.) or call 1-800-417-8234.
Troubleshooting is completed, Acrelec has determined an RMA is needed.
PLS will hot-swap the unit with the site and return the damaged unit to Acrelec. Acrelec will either provide refurbished equipment to complete the RMA or denote that damage is not covered under warranty (acts of god, physical damage like a screen punch)
